Situated inside Hotel Twenty Seven in Amsterdam Netherlands, Restaurant Bougainville, was awarded it's first Michelin star within one year of opening, and “offers the finest, unique and sensory gastronomic experience” rooted in “traditional European cuisine mostly influenced by Latin American, Middle and Far Eastern cuisines.” Sounds good to us! 1) Turbot with Amsterdam table sours, clams and a sauce of ham and fenugreek.
2) Truffle, vanilla and macadamia.
3) Venison, pistacchio, licorice, cabbage, beetroot and black pudding.
4) Tuna tartar with yacon root and passionfruit. Covered with a fennel, tomato and celery meringue with tarragon.
